How the limits work
- Drivers are counted by day. A driver counts when they're sent a route that day. Five drivers on the payroll with three driving today fits Drop 3.
- Stops a day are a soft limit. The day always finishes. If you go over twice in a month, the owner is asked to move up a plan.
- The trial is 14 days of Drop 10, once per business. Cancel at least a day before it ends and you aren't charged.
- If a paid plan ends, everything you have stays. The business is view-only until the owner picks a plan or continues on Free.
- Email only. Drop sends customer updates by email. It doesn't send text messages, so there are no message fees.
Paying
Plans are bought in the app through Apple and billed to the owner's Apple Account. They renew until cancelled in the Apple Account's subscription settings. Prices are in US dollars; Apple shows the price in your country before you buy. Plans are for businesses in the United States.
